I use Gary every time I have my tank pumped. He is always on time and does a very thorough job. He has an ice fishing auger set up as a grinder, and grinds the contents to get as much as possible out. Price is very reasonable as well! And he is friendly guy!

We had an emergency situation and Mr. Hartman (owner/op) was the only one who was able to help us out over the weekend. We had septic back flow coming out of all our drains. Today is a Saturday, he wasn’t supposed to be working and he made the extra effort to help us out so my family could take showers, do dishes and run laundry. Kindest, most professional man. My dad was living in an RV in our driveway and he wanted someone to clean out his tank so he didn’t have to unhook & drive to RV park and he was the only company to entertain the idea.

When going to sell our house we had a bad well & septic inspection by incompetent “inspectors” and had him come out to empty septic. He went above and beyond helping us prove the “inspectors” wrong. Didn’t charge us much more than planned from the start for a simple pump, but would have gladly paid more for the peace of mind he gave us & the well over 2 hours of his time he gave us. He smiled the whole time acting like we were his only customers & answered all my questions plus some. I will continue to use him for all septic services & recommend you do too!

We noticed an overflow on one of the risers of our tank on a Saturday night and had no idea what that meant. I sent a Facebook message at 11pm, got a response at 6am Sunday and Gary was at our house that afternoon. Very friendly, informative and overall great experience. Highly recommend!
